摘要
文章从结构设计角度出发,结合CAE模拟分析方法,重点介绍和讨论汽车灯具灯体在设计阶段需要关注的内容以及分析验证的手段,用以解决灯体结构强度不足、灯具内部散热不良、灯具内部空气循环不畅等问题,为研究汽车灯具设计提供方法和建议。
This article from the perspective of structure design,with CAE simulation analysis methods.Focusing on anddiscussing the automotive lamp housing needs to pay attention to the content and means of analysis and verification in thedesign stage.In order to solve the problems of insufficient intensity lamp housing structure,poor heat dissipation inside oflamp,and air circulation inside of lamp is not smooth.Provide methods and suggestions for design and research automotivelamp.
