Fatigue life test design of Gearbox oil seal in dusty environment

传统的油封疲劳寿命试验由于在试验室环境下进行,无法模拟现实工况下油封工作时有灰尘的环境,因此试验存在一定的片面性,即无法完全考察试验油封在现实工况下的实际性能。文章提出了一种新的油封疲劳寿命试验方法,即油封在粉尘环境下的疲劳寿命试验,试验环境下更加模拟现实工况。试验结果对油封实际寿命的考察更具参考价值。

During the traditional fatigue life test of oil seal in a controlled laboratory environment,it cannot be simulated theactual working conditions which are full of dust.Therefore,this kind of tests have certain one-sidedness,which cannot give acomplete study of oil seal's actual performance in the actual conditions.This paper presents a new test method about thefatigue life of oil seal.That is the fatigue life test of oil seal in dusty environment,which can simulate the actual conditionsbetter,and the test results can be more useful for the research of oil seal's actual life.
