基于AMESim的电磁阀性能仿真

摘要 文章介绍一种有限元与一维仿真相结合的仿真方案,对电磁阀磁头结构进行磁场建模仿真,对阀体结构进行CFD流场仿真,在AMESim中建立完整的电磁阀模型,导入电磁头特性数据,并用流量-压力降等特性数据进行阀体参数标定,AMESim模型可以进行PI、滞环、响应等性能研究及dither控制参数探索。 Using finite element analysis software combined with one-dimensional simulation software simulation analysisof solenoid valve performance.The finite element analysis software is used to simulate the magnetic field of magnetic headof the solenoid valve and analyze the CFD floe field of the valve body.Set up the complete solenoid valve model inAMESim of one-dimensional simulation software,import characteristics data of magnetic head to the mole and calibrateparameters of the valve body using flow-pressure drop and other the characteristics data.So as to further study the influenceof dither on PI,hysteresis and response of solenoid valve.
