摘要
传动轴作为整车传递动力的重要零部件,其NVH性能严重影响着整车的NVH性能。文章介绍了某轻型卡车传动轴异响的问题处理过程,从传动轴动平衡、系统共振、传动轴夹角等方面进行问题的排查,并最终解决异响问题。
The drive shaftas an important part ofthe vehicle to transfer power,and the performance of NVH seriouslyaffects the NVH performance of the vehicle.This paper illustrates the process of a light truck drive axle abnormal noiseproblem,from the drive shaft dynamic balancing system,resonance,transmission shaft angle and other aspects of theinvestigation,and ultimately solvethe noise problem.
