摘要
取力器作为四驱车型中的主要零部件之一,在四驱汽车行驶过程中作为主要的动力输出单元,其与变速箱总成进行对接,主动齿轮装配在前桥差速器壳体上,被动齿轮纵向布置,通过法兰与传动轴连接,将变速箱中动力取出并传递以满足整车的四驱要求。随着四驱车型在市场上越来越多,取力器总成的开发与应用也越来越受到了关注,在开发过程中难免会出现一些问题,而其漏油问题是四驱系统开发中较为常见的问题之一。文章通过对取力器总成漏油问题进行实例解析,并从零部件的强度分析、单品台架试验及整车路谱采集等措施进行了验证,最终通过方案的对比明确了对策。文章探讨了取力器总成漏油的原因和解决方案,为解决此类问题提供了一个较为明确的思路和方向。
Power transfer unit is one of the core components of the four-wheel drive,As the main power output unit in thefour-wheel drive vehicle.It is connected with the gearbox,The drive gear of PTU is mounted on the front axle differentialhousing,Passive gear longtitudinal arrangement and connected to d drive shaft via flange,PTU take the power out of thegearbox meet the four-wheel drive requirement.With the increasing number of four-wheel drive vehicles on the market,thedevelopment and application of power take more and more attention,PTU in development have some problems and the oilspill is the one of common problems in the four-wheel drive system.This article is analyzed by the example of the oil leakage,This paper discusses the causes and schemes of the oil spill problem,To solve such problems to provide a more clear ideasand direction.
