多西他赛、5-氟尿嘧啶及顺铂三联化疗方案对晚期复治食管癌患者的疗效及IL-6、IL-17水平的影响

Curative effect of triple chemotherapy with docetaxel, 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin to patients with advanced esophageal cancer and its impact to IL-6 and IL-17

目的研究多西他赛、5-氟尿嘧啶及顺铂三联化疗方案对晚期复治食管癌患者的疗效、IL-6及IL-17水平的影响。方法选取我院从2015年2月~2017年2月收治的被确诊是晚期复治的食管癌患者86例,按照数字表法将其随机划分为观察组(43例)及对照组(43例),对照组给予多西他赛联合顺铂化疗治疗,观察组给予多西他赛、顺铂及5-氟尿嘧啶三联化疗方案治疗。对比两组患者治疗后疗效、不良反应情况、生活质量和对IL-6及IL-17水平的影响。结果观察组治疗后完全缓解占比30.23%(13/43),总有效69.77%(30/43)显著高于对照组11.63%(5/43),48.84%(21/43);两组患者在治疗后均有不良发应发生;治疗后观察组患者总QOL为(88.28±1.26)分显著优于对照组的(75.37±1.28)分;治疗后观察组患者IL-6、IL-17浓度均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对晚期复治的食管癌患者给予多西他赛、顺铂及5-氟尿嘧啶三联不仅疗效显著,还能提高患者生活质量,降低患者IL-6、IL-17浓度,效果较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the curative effect of triple chemotherapy with docetaxel,5-fluorouracil and cisplatin to patients with advanced esophageal cancer and its impact to IL-6and IL-17.Methods86patients diagnosed with advanced esophageal cancer in our hospital from February2015to February2017were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with43cases in each according to digital method.Patients in control group were treated with docetaxel plus cisplatin chemotherapy,patients in observation group were treated with triple chemotherapy with docetaxel,5-fluorouracil and cisplatin.Effects of treatment,adverse reactions,quality of life and IL-6and IL-17levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total remission rate of the observation group after treatment was30.23%(13/43),the total effective rate(30/43)was significantly higher than that of the control group with11.63%(5/43),48.84%(21/43).After treatment,there were adverse reactions occuring in both the two groups.After treatment,the total QOL of the observation group(88.28±1.26)was significantly better than that of the control group(75.37±1.28).After treatment,the IL-6and IL-17concentrations in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of triple chemotherapy with docetaxel,5-fluorouracil and cisplatin to patients with advanced esophageal cancer is significant.And it can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the concentration of IL-6,IL-17.Effect is good,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
