肱桡关节松动术联合针灸治疗网球肘的临床分析

Clinical analysis on humeroradial joint mobilization combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of tennis elbow

目的分析肱桡关节松动术联合针灸治疗网球肘的临床效果。方法研究时间为2016年4月~2017年3月,针对性选择此段时间内所在科室收治的70例网球肘的患者作为研究对象,将70例患者随机分组,单号为常规组(n=35)采用单纯的针灸治疗,将双号作为联合组(n=35)采用肱桡关节松动术联合针灸治疗的方法,而后观察两组患者治疗效果、生活质量评、VAS评分以及Oswestry功能障碍评分。结果联合组总有效率为94.28%,常规组总有效率为77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组在护理后生活质量评分明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较VAS评分和Oswestry功能障碍评分,治疗前组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后联合组两项评分显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于网球肘的患者采用肱桡关节松动术联合针灸治疗的方法可有效的改善患者各项临床症状,同时缓解患者关节活动障碍,继而提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of humeroradial joint mobilization combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of tennis elbow.Methods70patients with tennis elbow who were treated in the department from April2016to March2017were targeted selected as research objects and they were randomly sorted.Patients with the odd number were set as the routine group(n=35)and they were simply treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.Patients with the even number were set as the combination group(n=35)and they were treated with humeroradial joint mobilization combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Curative effect,quality of life score,VAS score and Oswestry dysfunction score of patients in two groups were observed.Results Total effective rates of the combination group and the routine group were respectively94.28%and77.14%.Statistical data had significant difference(P<0.05).Quality of life score after nursing of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in VAS score and Oswestry dysfunction score between two groups,(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score and Oswestry dysfunction score of the combination group were significantly better than those of the routine group,(P<0.05).The difference was significant.Conclusion For patients with tennis elbow,humeroradial joint mobilization combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients and alleviate joint movement dysfunction to improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinically promotion and application.
