左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效及安全性评价

Clinical curative effect and safety evaluation of levofloxacin combined with ceftriaxone sodium in treatment of community acquired pneumonia

目的探讨左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效及安全性评价。方法选取我院2013年6月~2016年6月收治的社区获得性肺炎患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组给予注射用头孢曲松钠治疗;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予左氧氟沙星注射液治疗;两组均治疗1周。比较两组患者临床症状及体征发热、咳痰、肺部啰音及喘鸣音改善时间;比较两组患者致病菌清除率及住院时间;比较两组患者治疗有效率;并观察两组患者恶心呕吐、头痛失眠、皮疹等不良反应发生率情况。结果观察组发热、咳痰、肺部啰音及喘鸣音改善时间均明显较对照组缩短(P<0.05);观察组致病菌清除率93.33%(28/30)明显高于对照组73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05);观察组住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为96.67%(29/30)明显优于对照组治疗有效率76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05);观察组恶心呕吐、头痛失眠、皮疹等不良反应发生率为13.33%(4/30)与对照组不良反应发生率10.00%(3/30)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效显著,可有效缓解患者临床症状,缩短住院时间,提高临床疗效,且不良反应少,安全有效,值得临床上推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and safety evaluation of levofloxacin combined with ceftriaxone sodium in treatment of community acquired pneumonia.Methods60patients with community acquired pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital from June2013to June2016were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table,with30in each.The control group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium for injection.The observation group was treated with levofloxacin for injection at basis of the control group.They were all treated for1week.Clinical symptoms and signs such as fever,expectoration,pulmonary rales and wheezing of two groups were compared.Bacterial clearance rate,hospital stay and effective rate of patients in two groups were also compared.Rates of adverse actions such as nausea,vomiting,headache,insomnia,rash and so on of patients in two groups were observed.Results Improvement time for fever,expectoration,pulmonary rales and wheezing of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Bacterial clearance rate of the observation group was93.33%(28/30),significantly higher than that of the control group73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05).Hospitalization stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Effective rate of the observation group was96.67%(29/30),significantly better than that of the control group76.67(23/30)(P<0.05).Rates of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,headache,insomnia,rash and so on in the observation group and the control group were respectively13.33%(4/30)and10.00%(3/30).The comparative difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of levofloxacin combined with ceftriaxone sodium in treatment of community acquired pneumonia is significant.It can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,shorten hospitalization stay and improve clinical curative effect.In addition,it has fewer adverse reactions and it is safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
