造口袋联合3M透明敷料加固用于骶尾部压疮患者的临床护理观察

Clinical nursing observation of stoma bag combined with 3M transparent dressing reinforcement in application of patients with pressure sore in sacrococcygeal region

目的探讨造口袋联合3M透明敷料加固在骶尾部压疮患者中的应用。方法 2013年7月~2016年9月Ⅲ~Ⅳ级骶尾部压疮伴有大便失禁或腹泻患者22例为研究组,同期的22例患者为对照组,研究组在肛周外涂造口护肤粉后粘贴经裁剪合适的造口袋,并在造口袋的底盘外缘环形粘贴3M透明敷料加固。对照组给予常规的肛周清洁护理。结果研究组中有1例出现2次渗漏污染压疮创面,对照组中12例总出现23次渗漏污染压疮创面(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度(95.45%),明显高于对照组(81.82%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经采用造口袋联合3M透明敷料加固方法收集大便,能有效地保护压疮创面及肛周皮肤;减轻患者痛苦、减轻患者的经济负担、减轻护理人员的工作量,提高患者及家属的满意度。

Objective To explore application of stoma bag combined with3M transparent dressing reinforcement in patients with pressure sore in sacrococcygeal region.Methods22patients with pressure sore inⅢ-Ⅳsacrococcygeal region accompanied by fecal incontinence and diarrhea from July2013to September2016were selected as the research group while22patients during the same period were selected as the control group.The research group was given stoma bag with proper size after external coating of crissum skin care powder and3M transparent dressing reinforcement was roundly pasted in outer edge of chassis of stoma bag.The control group was given routine cleaning nursing in crissum.Results In the research group,there was1case with leakage polluting pressure sore wound for2times.In the control group,12cases were with leakage polluting pressure sore wound for a total of23times(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the research group was95.45%,significantly higher than that of the control group81.82%,P<0.05.Conclusion Stoma bag combined with3M transparent dressing reinforcement to collect feces can effectively protect pressure sore wound and perianal skin.It can reduce pains and economic burden of patients,reduce workload of nursing staff and improve satisfaction of patients and their family members.
