综合护理干预对慢性乙肝患者治疗依从性、自我护理能力及生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention to the compliance, self-care ability and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的探讨综合护理干预对慢性乙肝患者治疗依从性、自我护理能力及生活质量的影响。方法研究对象为我院2015年1月~2016年1月份所收治的80例慢性乙肝患者,根据护理方法不同随机分为两组,每组各40例,对照组采取常规对症护理,干预组采取综合护理干预,比较两组患者的治疗依从性,两组患者干预前后自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分。结果干预后,两组患者的治疗依从率分别为95.0%、70.0%,观察组显著高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者自我护理能力ESCA评分干预后的健康知识水平、自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能评分分别显著高于干预前及对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者生活质量QLS-CHB评分干预后的生理、症状、心理及社会各项评分分别显著高于干预前及对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预有利于提高慢性乙肝患者的治疗依从性及自我护理能力,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention to the compliance,self-care ability and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods80cases of chronic hepatitis B patients in our hospital from January2015to2016January were,according to the different nursing methods,divided into two groups,50cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in the intervention group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The treatment compliance,self-care ability score,quality of life scores of the two groups before and after intervention of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the treatment compliance rate of the two groups were95%and70%,respectively,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Self care ability of two groups of patients with ESCA score after the intervention of health knowledge level,self concept,self responsibility and self care skills scores were significantly higher than before the intervention and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life(QLS-CHB)score after the intervention of physical,psychological,and social scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance and self-care ability of patients with chronic hepatitis B,improve the quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
