探讨延续护理对糖尿病患者血压、血糖及血脂水平的影响

Effect of continuous nursing on blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨延续护理对糖尿病患者血压、血糖及血脂水平的影响。方法时间2016年4~12月,80例门诊糖尿病患者参与研究,随机分组,对照组采用常规护理措施进行干预,观察组采用延续护理进行干预。比较两组患者干预前和干预后的血压、血糖、血脂水平及治疗依从性。结果和对照组比较,观察组BMI、SBP、DBP、TC、TG、FPG、2h BG、LDL-C明显更低,HDL-C明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);和护理前比较,观察组BMI、SBP、DBP、TC、TG、FPG、2h BG、LDL-C明显降低,HDL-C明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续护理应用于糖尿病患者效果显著,有利于降低患者的血压水平、血糖水平和血脂水平,改善血糖血脂,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods From April2016to December,a total of80outpatients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with continuous nursing intervention.The blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,BMI,SBP,DBP,TC,TG,FPG,2hBG and LDL-C of the observation group were significantly lower,and HDL-C of the observation group was significantly higher,(P<0.05).Compared with those before the treatment,BMI,SBP,DBP,TC,TG,FPG,2hBG and LDL-C of the observation group were decreased significantly,and HDL-C was increased significantly,(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing care in patients with diabetes is significant,which is helpful to reduce blood pressure,blood glucose and lipid levels,improve blood glucose and blood lipid,and has high clinical value.
