舒适护理干预在无痛消化内镜检查中的应用效果

Application effect of comfortable nursing intervention in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy

目的探讨舒适护理干预在无痛消化内镜检查中的应用效果。方法选择2015年9月~2016年9月期间至我院行无痛消化内镜检查的患者192例,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,各96例,观察组在对照组接受的常规护理基础上辅以舒适护理干预措施,比较两组患者护理后SAS、SDS量表评分及不良反应发生情况,并调查两组护理满意度。结果观察组护理总有效率95.83%显著高于对照组76.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分及SAS、SDS量表评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率9.38%显著低于对照组21.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度98.96%显著高于对照组90.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预无痛消化内镜检查对于改善患者不良心理情绪、减少不良反应的发生效果显著。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing intervention in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods192patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital from September2015to September2016were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with96in each.The observation group was given comfortable nursing intervention at basis of routine nursing in the control group.SAS score,SDS score and occurrence of adverse reactions after nursing of patients in two groups were compared.Nursing satisfaction of two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group95.83%was significantly higher than that of the control group76.04%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pain score and SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were all significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group9.38%was significantly lower than that of the control group21.88%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Rate of nursing satisfaction of the observation group98.96%was significantly higher than that of the control group90.63%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy can significantly improve patients’bad mental emotion and reduce occurrence of adverse reactions.
