护理干预对于产后母婴分离产妇焦虑情绪的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on maternal anxiety of postpartum maternal separation

目的探讨采取护理干预对母婴分离产妇焦虑情绪的影响。方法选取我院2016年收入的产后母婴分离的产妇120例,随机平均分为两组,其中一组为对照组,采取一般护理措施,另一组为观察组采取综合护理干预。结果产后第一天,两组产妇SAS评分情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);母婴分离第3天,两组产妇SAS评分情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);母婴分离第7天,观察组产妇SAS评分明显低于对照组产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇母婴分离第7天SAS评分明显低于母婴分离第3天SAS评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组产妇母婴分离第7天SAS评分与母婴分离第3天SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组产妇护理满意度100.00%明显高于对照组产妇护理满意度93.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够有效的降低产妇焦虑情况的发生,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore to theeffect of nursing intervention on maternal anxiety of postpartum maternal separation.Methods120puerperae with postpartum maternal separation who were admitted to our hospital in2016were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups,with60in each.The control group was given general nursing measures while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Results On the first day after delivery,SAS score of puerperae in two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).On the third day of maternal separation,SAS score of puerperae in two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).On the seventh day of maternal separation,SAS score of puerperae in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,SAS score of the seventh day of maternal separation of puerperae was significantly lower than that of the third day of maternal separation of puerperae(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,there was no significant difference in SAS score of the seventh day and the third day of maternal separation(P>0.05).The difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Nursing satisfaction of puerperae in the observation group100.00%was significantly higher than that in the control group93.33%,(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively reduce occurrence of maternal anxiety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
