脑氧饱和度监测指导高血压脑出血患者术中管理的预后观察

Prognostic observation of cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring in guiding operative management for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的观察脑氧饱和度监测指导高血压脑出血患者术中管理的预后。方法收取2015年2月~2016年3月我院100例高血压脑出血患者,并将高血压脑出血患者随机分为两组,对照组患者实施传统管理,观察组实施脑血氧饱和度监测进行术中管理。结果观察组患者实施治疗后住院费用(5425.11±123.05)元、住院天数(12.45±1.65)d、ICU住院天数(6.02±1.02)d、术后并发症发生率8.00%优于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组高血压脑出血患者COS预后评分(4.01±0.26)分高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论通过在高血压脑出血患者术中管理中实施脑氧饱和度监测具有显著效果。

Objective To observe prognosis of cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring in guiding operative management for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods100patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to our hospital from February2015to March2016were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were given traditional management while patients in the observation group were given operative management by cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring.Results Hospitalization cost,hospitalization days,ICU hospitalization days and postoperative complication rate after treatment of patients in the observation group were(5425.11±123.05)yuan,(12.45±1.65)days,(6.02±1.02)days and8.00%respectively,superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).COS prognosis score of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring operative management for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has a significant effect.
