当前全球经济增长缓慢,地质勘查行业持续萎靡。2017上半年,全球地质勘查活动指数较2016年下半年相比出现小幅回落,重要钻探公告数量与初级和中级勘查公司融资金额分别同比增加70%与14%,新增资源价值与取得有利进展的勘查项目资源价值分别同比下降42%与68%;我国地质勘查经济形势依然不容乐观,矿产勘查方面的投资仍在缩减,职工人数不断减少,职工收入增速放缓,探矿权市场活跃度持续下降,预期2017年我国非油气地质勘查投入将进一步降低,国内地勘经济仍保持趋冷态势。建议地勘单位努力发展大地质、拓宽业务服务领域,加大科技创新力度、助推行业转型升级,把握"一带一路"战略机遇、加强对外交流合作。

The current global economic growth is slow and the geological prospecting industry continues to be sluggish.In the first half of2017,the global geological prospecting activity index dropped slightly compared with the second half of2016,the number of important drillings proclaimed increased by70%and the financing amount of primary-intermediate exploration companies increased by14%year-on-year.The value of new resources fell42%while the resource value of the exploration projects which made beneficial progress fell68%.The situation of China's geological prospecting economic is still not optimistic.The mineral exploration investment is still reduced,the worker number and the income growth continue to decrease,and the prospecting market is continuously less active.China's non-oil and gas geological exploration investment is predicted to be further reduced,and the domestic geological prospecting economy remains cool trend.It is suggested that geological prospecting units should strive to develop large-scale geological fields,broaden the service field,and intensify scientific and technological innovation to promote the transformation and upgrading of geological industry.Besides,grasp the strategic opportunities of"One Belt and One Road"and strengthen foreign exchanges and cooperation.
