摘要 近年来,我国慢性代谢疾病患者数量日益增加,受特定病理特征的影响,慢性代谢疾病患者对营养的需求具有特殊性,如糖尿病患者需要低升糖指数的食品,特殊医学用途配方食品应运而生。简述了特殊医学用途配方食品的定义与分类,分析了其与药品、普通食品的区别,阐述了特殊医学用途配方食品的研究热点及进展、相关法律法规及管理现状,探讨了我国目前特殊医学用途配方食品产业面临的机遇与挑战。 The number of patients with chronic metabolic diseases in our country has increased in recent years.Affectedby specifi c pathological features,the patients demand for special nutrition,such as diabetics requiring low glycemic indexfood.Foods for special medical purposes(FSMP)emerge in this context.The defi nition and classifi cation of FSMP aresketched.The differences of FSMP,medicine and common foods are analyzed.The research hotspots,progress,relatedregulations and management of FSMP are expounded.The opportunities and challenges of FSMP in our country arediscussed.
