摘要
跨境电子商务作为一种新业态的出现,行业对人才的需求与高校人才培养出现不对称现象。为培养出满足市场需求的跨境电商人才,本文基于对跨境电商企业人才需求的调研分析,行业的培训(阿里巴巴速卖通)以及在应用型本科高校对跨境电子商务相关课程的教学实践,旨在探索新业态下应用型本科高校国际贸易专业高素质跨境电商人才培养。
Cross-border Ecommerce,as a new business sector,the talents cultivation of universities cannot meet therequirements of positions in this new sector.In order to cultivate high quality comprehensive talents for cross-borderecommerce business,this paper is aiming at exploring talents cultivation for International Business major in applicationoriented universities through market research,profession training and some related courses’teaching about crossborderecommerce.
