高职学院适应社会需求能力现状与对策研究——长沙卫生职业学院为例

Research on the present situation and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Colleges adapting to social demands——Changsha Health Vocational College as an example

长沙卫生职业学院是公办全日制普通高等学校,依托区域经济发展优势,积极推进产学研结合,在为区域经济服务的同时,也提高了高职教育适应社会需求的能力。为了助推高等职业院校深化办学机制和教育教学改革,充分发挥办学主体作用,加强内涵建设,促进产教融合、校企合作,提高人才培养能力,更好地服务地方经济社会发展,适应行业发展需要。本文以该院为例进行分析研究,提出提升学院适应社会需求能力的对策包括加快新校园建设,解决学院发展瓶颈问题;加强师资队伍建设,夯实学院可持续发展基础;强化专业群的建设,提高服务经济社会发展能力;服务产业转型升级,提升适应社会需求能力。

Changsha health of Career Academy is a state-owned full-time colleges and universities,relying on theadvantages of regional economic development,and actively promote the combination,in the service for the localeconomy at the same time,but also improve the ability to adapt to the social demand for Higher Vocational education.Inorder to deepen the education mechanism and promoting the teaching reform of higher education occupation colleges,give full play to the main role,strengthen the connotation construction,promote the integration of production andeducation,school enterprise cooperation,improve the training ability,to better serve the local economic and socialdevelopment,to meet the development needs of the industry,this paper will analyze the cases,put forward to improve theschool adaptation strategy the social demand ability including speeding up the construction of the new campus,to solvethe bottleneck problem of development;strengthen the construction of teaching staff,solid foundation for sustainabledevelopment;strengthen the construction of professional groups,improve the economic and social developmentcapacity;service industry transformation and upgrading,enhance the ability to adapt to the needs of society.
