摘要
针对规模化猪舍氨气的控制,采用人工或简单算法精度不够的问题,采用了无线传感网技术,引入精确传输和多点分层的计算方法,提出了在终端节点采集数据递推传输、中心路由节点进行加权分批估计、网关节点负责分析和控制的闭环自控系统的方案,推导了用正负系数算法传输数据的过程,从理论上证明加权估计算法的优点,给出了系统硬件设计,实验结果表明了理论分析的正确性,采用加权估计算法控制的精度偏离阀值小,摆动周期小,通过实验分析了采集节点数量多少对控制精度影响,说明传感器数量多的控制精度更高。
Theammonia’controlis lowabout that artificial controller or simple algorithm accuracyin thelarge pig pen,using wireless sensor network technology,the method of precise transmission and multipointlayered,propose anapproximately optimum,which can recursive transmition the end node,weight andbatch estimated in the center node,analysis and control in the gateway node.The process of transmittingdata with positive and negative coefficients is derived,and proves the advantage of weighted estimationalgorithm in theory,at the same time gives the hardware design of the system.Experimental results showthe correctness of theoretical analysis,the algorithm deviates from the threshold of small,small swingperiod,through the Analysis of the number of nodes to control the accuracy,it shows the sensor ismoreandhigher accuracy.
