摘要
为了实现建筑物室内、外三维一体化,利用点云数据,在Revit软件环境中,构建建筑物信息模型BIM;通过将数据转化成IFC标准格式,并将其导入Arc Scence软件,与GIS三维虚拟场景结合,弥补了三维GIS只表达建筑表面纹理的不足;同时克服了BIM只能建筑单体化表达的问题,从而实现室内、外三维一体化。研究表明利用Revit软件,通过IFC标准连接,可以将BIM数据与三维GIS数据融合,在数字城市及复杂建筑智能化管理方面具有一定的理论和实践意义。
In order to realize three dimensional integration method of indoor and outdoor,it built BIM inRevit based on point cloud.By converting the data into IFC standard format and then import theArcScence software,BIM combined with the GIS3D virtual scene,make up the lack of3D GISexpression of the architectural surface texture.At the same time,it overcomes the problem that BIM canonly be expressed by single building,so as to realize the integration of indoor and outdoor.It can makesfusion of BIM and3DGIS using Revit software and through the connection of IFC standard.It has acertain theoretical and practical significance in the digital city and intelligent management of thecomplex building.
