摘要 永磁同步电机控制系统中,快速响应的电流控制和精确的参数辨识对提高电机控制性能具有重要意义。在同步旋转轴系下,提出了一种电机鲁棒电流预测控制算法。根据永磁同步电机状态方程,考虑延时效应,建立了永磁同步电机电流环数学模型。通过引入Luenberger电流观测器,可以提高电流控制系统的鲁棒性。另外,为减小参数误差对系统控制性能的影响,基于多新息最小二乘法实现了定子电阻、定子绕组电感、转子永磁体磁链的在线辨识。同时给出了基于参数辨识的永磁同步电机鲁棒电流预测控制算法结构。最后,通过仿真和实验研究,验证了参数收敛性和系统稳定性,表明了所述方法的可行性和有效性。 The rapid current response and precise parameter identification of permanent magnetsynchronous motors(PMSM)control system have great significance to improve the motor controlperformance.A robust predictive current control algorithm is proposed in the synchronously rotatingreference frame.Considering the time-delay,the current loop mathematical model of PMSM isestablished based on its state equation.With the introduction of Luenberger current observer,therobustness of current control systems can be improved.In addition,the online identification of statorresistor,stator winding inductance and permanent flux is realized based on multiple innovation leastsquares method.It can reduce the influence of parameter error on the system control performance.At thesame time,the control algorithm structure of robust predictive current control method for PMSM based onparameters identification is given.Finally,the parameter convergence and system stability are verifiedthrough simulation and experimental study.The feasibility and effectiveness of this described method arealso demonstrated.
