摘要 将6种不同材料的家用净水器滤芯组合成10类净水器进行性能比较研究。其中3种前处理滤芯来自于某国产品牌:微滤(microfiltration membrane,MF)膜、活性炭(activated carbon,CTO)滤芯、超滤(ultrafiltration membrane,UF)膜;另外三种是不同国家设计生产的反渗透膜。对进水和出水中的4个水质指标(硬度、浊度、总有机碳(TOC)、三卤甲烷(THMs))进行分析来考察每种滤芯的性能。实验结果表明,由超滤(UF)膜组成的净水器只能去除水中的浊度;由活性炭(CTO)和微滤(MF)膜组成的净水器并不能有效的去除水体中的硬度、浊度、总有机碳(TOC)以及三卤甲烷(THMs);由反渗透(RO)膜组成的净水器可以有效的去除管网水体中的硬度、浊度、总有机碳(TOC)以及三卤甲烷(THMs)。因此,消费者在选择净水器时应该慎重选择滤芯的材料。 Six kinds of filter elements with different materials were combined to10types of water filters,including three pretreatment filter elements from one company in China(microfiltration membrane(MF),activated carbon(CTO),ultrafiltration membrane(UF))and three kinds of reverse osmosismembranes(RO)from three countries.Four common water parameters including hardness,turbidity,total organic carbon(TOC)and trihalomethanes(THMs)were analyzed to evaluate the performance ofdifferent filter elements.The results showed that the removal efficiency of filters equipped withultrafiltration membrane(UF)were found to only reduce the turbidity in tap water,and the filtersequipped with activated carbon(CTO)and microfiltration membrane(MF)were found to ineffectively inreducing the hardness,turbidity,total organic carbon(TOC)and trihalomethanes(THMs).However,thefilters equipped with the reverse osmosis membrane(RO)were found to adequately reduce turbidity,hardness,conductivity,total organic carbon(TOC)and trihalomethanes(THMs).Therefore,consumersshould be careful about the materials of filter element when choosing the filters.
