显微器械在断指再植术中的应用探究

断指再植术手术时间长,对手术精细操作程度要求较高,故手术器械性能和操作精细程度会直接影响手术效果。显微器械的合理科学使用是保证断指再植类手术成功的关键,这就要求手术过程中护士应具有高度责任心,合理使用显微器械,以保证手术质量。本文主要阐述显微镜、显微镊、显微剪刀、血管夹等器械在断指再植术中的应用情况和应注意的问题,为今后临床和护理工作提供参考依据。

Replantation of amputated fingers has long operation time and higher precision of operation,therefore,the operationequipment performance and operation precision will directly affect the operation effect.The rational and scientific use of microinstruments is the key to the success of replantation of amputated fingers,and this requires that nurses should be highlyresponsible and reasonably use micro instruments during the operation,to ensure the quality of operation.This paper mainlyexpounds the application of microscope,micro forceps,micro scissors and vascular clamp in replantation of amputated fingers andthe problems that should be paid attention to,which will provide reference for clinical and nursing work in the future.
