关节镜下带线锚钉内侧支持带紧缩结合外侧支持带松解治疗青少年急性髌骨脱位的临床研究

Clinical study of arthroscopic belt rivet inner retinaculum contraction combined with lateral retinaculum relaxation in the treatment of acute patellar dislocation in teenagers

目的:探讨关节镜下带线锚钉内侧支持带紧缩结合外侧支持带松解治疗青少年急性髌骨脱位的临床疗效。方法:收治急性髌骨脱位患者13例,采用关节镜下带线锚钉内侧支持带紧缩结合外侧支持带松解治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后,Lysholm评分、Tegner评分、外侧髌股角和髌股相称角均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜下带线锚钉内侧支持带紧缩结合外侧支持带松解治疗青少年急性髌骨脱位的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopic belt rivet inner retinaculum contraction combined with lateralretinaculum relaxation in the treatment of acute patellar dislocation in teenagers.Methods:13patients with acute patellardislocation were selected.They were treated with arthroscopic belt rivet inner retinaculum contraction combined with lateralretinaculum relaxation.We observed the treatment effects.Results:After treatment,the Lysholm score,Tegner score,lateralpatellofemoral angle and patellofemoral equivalent angle were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect ofarthroscopic belt rivet inner retinaculum contraction combined with lateral retinaculum relaxation in the treatment of acutepatellar dislocation in teenagers was significant.
