喜辽妥防治阿昔洛韦致外周性静脉炎的临床应用观察

Clinical application of Xi Liao Tuo on the prevention and treatment of acyclovir induced peripheral phlebitis

目的:探讨喜辽妥(多磺酸黏多糖乳膏)防治阿昔洛韦所致外周性静脉炎的效果。方法:收治单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用喜辽妥防治静脉炎,对照组采用常规疗法防治静脉炎。结果:观察组的效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:喜辽妥(多磺酸黏多糖乳)更有利于防治阿昔洛韦所致静脉炎。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xi Liao Tuo(mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream)on the prevention andtreatment of acyclovir induced peripheral phlebitis.Methods:62patients with herpes simplex encephalitis were selected.They wererandomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given Xi Liao Tuo on the preventionand treatment of phlebitis.The control group was given conventional treatment on the prevention and treatment of phlebitis.Results:The effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xi LiaoTuo(mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream)was beneficial to prevent and treat phlebitis caused by acyclovir.
