硫酸镁治疗肺心病心衰的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of heart failure due to pulmonary heart disease

目的:探讨硫酸镁治疗肺心病心衰的临床效果。方法:收治肺心病心衰患者74例,分为治疗组与参照组。参照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在参照组基础上加用硫酸镁治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于参照组,症状消失时间显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁治疗肺心病心衰的临床效果显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,缩短住院时间。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of heart failure due to pulmonary heartdisease.Methods:74patients with heart failure due to pulmonary heart disease were selected.They were divided into the treatmentgroup and the reference group.The reference group was treated with conventional treatment.The treatment group was treated withmagnesium sulfate on the basis of the reference group.We compared the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results:In the treatmentgroup,the total effective rate was significantly higher than the reference group,and the time of symptom disappearance wassignificantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of heartfailure due to pulmonary heart disease was significant.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the length ofhospital stay.
