二甲双胍在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的应用效果与安全性

Effect and safety of metformin in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨二甲双胍治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:收治妊娠期糖尿病患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组采用二甲双胍治疗,对照组采用胰岛素注射治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后血糖水平均有显著改善(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组低血糖发生率和巨大儿发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the effect and safety of metformin in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:120patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the controlgroup.The observation group was treated with metformin,and the control group was treated with insulin injection.We compared thetherapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The average blood glucose of two groups after treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).The incidences of hypoglycemia and macrosomia in theobservation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of metformin in the treatment ofgestational diabetes mellitus was significant,and the safety was high.
