水光注射氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect of hydrolifting of tranexamic acid in the treatment of chloasma

目的:探讨水光注射氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法:收治黄褐斑患者70例,分为口服组和水光注射组,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组痊愈率与有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。口服组2例患者出现不良反应,水光注射组未见不良反应。结论:水光注射氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑具有良好效果,没有显著的不良反应。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of hydrolifting of tranexamic acid in the treatment of chloasma.Methods:70patients with chloasma were selected.They were divided into the oral group and the hydrolifting group.We comparedthe therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the cure rate and theeffective rate(P>0.05).In the oral group,adverse reactions occurred in2patients.In the hydrolifting group,there was no adversereaction.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of hydrolifting of tranexamic acid in the treatment of chloasma was good,and therewas no significant adverse reaction.
