血站ALT初筛方法不同对血液检测合格率的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨血站ALT初筛方法不同对血液检测合格率的影响。方法:选择血液标本500份,分为对照组和试验组。试验组采用速率法实施ALT初筛检测,对照组采用干式生化法行ALT初筛检测。结果:试验组血液标本合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用速率法实施ALT初筛检测能明显提高血液标本合格率。 Objective:To explore the influence of different ALT initial screening methods on the passing rate of blood test in bloodbank.Methods:500blood samples were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.Theexperimental group was given performance rate method for ALT initial screening,and the control group was given dry biochemicaltest for ALT initial screening.Results:In the experimental group,the passing rate of blood specimens was significantly higher thanthat of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of performance rate method for ALT initial screening can obviouslyimprove the passing rate of blood sample.
