血管内皮生长因子在异位和在位子宫内膜中的变化及其意义

Changes and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor in ectopic and eutopic endometrium

目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在异位和在位子宫内膜中的变化及其意义。方法:收治子宫内膜异位症患者50例,对其资料进行回顾性分析。结果:增殖期和分泌期异位内膜、在位内膜患者的VEGF表达均明显比对照组高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:子宫内膜异位症的发生发展可能受到VEGF在异位和在位子宫内膜中的持续过度表达的影响,临床对其诊断时可以依据在位内膜VEGF的高表达。

Objective:To investigate the changes and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in ectopic andeutopic endometrium.Methods:50patients with endometriosis were selected,and the data were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The expression of VEGF in the ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium group was higher than that in the control group,andthe expression of VEGF in the proliferative phase and secretory phase ectopic endometrium and in the eutopic group wassignificantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Theoccurrence and development of endometriosis may be influenced by the over expression of VEGF in ectopic and eutopicendometrium,and the clinical diagnosis can be based on the high expression of VEGF in eutopic endometrium.
