多层螺旋CT与腹部X线平片对肠梗阻的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT and abdominal X-ray film in intestinal obstruction

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT与腹部X线平片对肠梗阻的诊断价值。方法:收治肠梗阻患者103例,分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用多层螺旋CT检查,对照组采用腹部X线平片检查。结果:观察组诊断准确率指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT对肠梗阻的诊断更准确。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT and abdominal X-ray film in intestinal obstruction.Methods:103patients with intestinal obstruction were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was examined by multi-slice spiral CT,and the control group was examined by abdominal x-ray.Results:Inthe observation group,the diagnostic accuracy indexes were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multislice spiral CT was more accurate in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.
