超声体检在胆囊疾病中的漏诊误诊原因分析

Reasons analysis of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of ultrasonography in gallbladder diseases

目的:探讨超声体检在胆囊疾病中的漏诊误诊原因。方法:选择胆囊疾病误诊漏诊患者30例,采用彩色多普勒超声检查。结果:漏诊17例,误诊13例。漏诊患者中,胆囊底部结石4例,胆囊息肉样病变9例,双胆囊4例;误诊患者中,胆囊癌被误诊为慢性胆囊炎5例,胆囊正常者被误诊为胆囊结石3例,胆囊术后缺如被误诊为胆囊结石5例。结论:超声操作医师在对胆囊疾病患者实施检查过程中,加强警惕,提升自身专业能力,对工作进行总结有利于降低误诊漏诊率。

Objective:To explore the reasons of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of ultrasonography in gallbladder diseases.Methods:30patients with misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of gallbladder diseases were selected,they were given color dopplerultrasonography.Results:17cases were missed diagnosis,13cases were misdiagnosed.In the patients with missed diagnosis,therewere4cases with gallstone at the bottom of gallbladder,9cases of polypoid lesions of gallbladder,and4cases of doublegallbladder.In the patients with misdiagnosis,5cases of gallbladder carcinoma were misdiagnosed as chronic cholecystitis,3casesof normal gallbladder were misdiagnosed as cholecystolithiasis,5cases of gallbladder absence after operation were misdiagnosedas cholecystolithiasis.Conclusion:In the course of the examination for patients with gallbladder diseases,ultrasound operatorsshould strengthen vigilance,improve work attitude and enthusiasm,improve their professional ability and summarize the work,inorder to reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
