全程无缝隙护理模式在精神科护理质量管理中的应用观察

Observation on the application of seamless nursing mode in psychiatric nursing quality management

目的:探究无缝隙护理模式对精神科护理工作综合质量的影响。方法:收治患者140例,随机平分两组。对照组采用常规的护理方法,观察组则应用无缝隙护理模式,对两组的数据进行记录,比较两组患者的心理舒适度以及满意度。结果:观察组患者的满意度、恢复情况以及心理舒适度均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程无缝隙护理模式在精神科护理方面进行应用,能够有效地提升患者对于护理工作的满意度。

Objective:To explore the influence of seamless nursing mode on comprehensive quality of psychiatric nursing work.Methods:140patients were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with seamless nursing model.The data of the two groups were recorded,and thepsychological comfort and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction,recovery and psychologicalcomfort of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the seamless nursing mode in psychiatric nursing can effectively improve thesatisfaction of patients with nursing work.
