心理引导干预对提高ICU护理质量的影响分析

Influence of psychological intervention on improving the quality of nursing in ICU

目的:探讨心理引导干预对提高ICU护理质量的影响。方法:收治ICU重症患者800例,分为对照组和试验组。试验组采用心理引导干预,对照组采用常规护理。结果:试验组焦虑情绪改善程度和护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理引导干预能提高ICU重症护理的质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of psychological intervention on improving the quality of ICU nursing.Methods:800critically ill patients in ICU were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The experimentalgroup was given psychological intervention.The control group was given routine care.Results:In the experimental group,the degreeof anxiety improvement and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention can improve the quality of ICU intensive nursing.
