有效沟通在EICU限制性探视中的运用体会

在急症重症病房(EICU),管床护士通过做好探视前准备、探视时掌握一定的沟通技巧、探视结束时交流注意事项和探视结束后的安全引导这几方面与患者家属进行有效沟通,患者及家属满意度均提高。EICU采用限制性探视既能满足患者的心理需求,又能让家属了解患者目前的病情及需要,得到家属的支持。通过探视时与家属的有效沟通,极大地减少医患、护患矛盾,消除家属疑虑,获得家属肯定,得到家属配合,减少护患矛盾,同时增加患者和家属对EICU的满意度。
