金钗石斛组培苗品质评价研究

Quality Evaluation of Dendrobium nobile In Vitro

对云南种植金钗石斛组培苗的品质进行评价研究,结果表明其茎长、叶片数、分蘖数、茎粗、节间数以及叶片大小与母株的健壮、大小程度有一定的关系,随母株的健壮逐年递增,第4年以后达到顶峰值,收获鲜茎的数量、单茎数量和产量逐年递增,到第4年达到丰产。金钗石斛组培苗不同采收期石斛多糖含量变化差异较大,成熟茎的含量显著高于过熟和未成熟的茎,不同年份抽生的茎多糖含量差异不显著。不同部位石斛碱含量差异较大,茎的石斛碱含量极显著高于花和叶,花的石斛碱含量极显著高于石斛叶;不同采收期石斛碱含量差异较大,成熟未开花茎的石斛碱含量显著高于未成熟茎,极显著高于过熟茎,未成熟茎和过熟茎石斛碱含量差异不显著;不同年份抽生的茎石斛碱含量差异不大。

Stem evaluation of Dendrobium nobile plantlets in vitro was conducted in four succession years.Mother plant hasgreat effect in its biological features like stem length,leaf number,tiller number,stem diameter,internodes and leaf size.Themore stronger and bigger the mother plant is,the better the plantlets quality would be.Harvest fresh stem and yield are gettingrise year by year.Peak value appeared in the fourth year.The content of Dendrobium polysaccharides varies in differentharvesting time,the content in mature stems is greatly exceeded to that of in overdone or immature ones.There is no differencein stem polysaccharides of which sprouted in different years.The content of dendrobine varies greatly in different parts ofplan.Stem contains significant content of dendrobine,compared with its flower and leaf.However,flower has more dendrobinethan leaf.There is significant difference in dendrobine content at different harvesting time,the content of dendrobinein mature stem beyond blossom is higher than that of in immature one,and greatly higher than that of in overdone.There is nodifference between immature stem and overdone,so do the stems sprouted from different years.
