城郊失地农民就业适应度与城市融合实证研究

Study on the Relationship Between the Employment Adaptability and the Urban Integration of the Landless Peasants in the Suburbs

随着城市化进程加快,我国城乡结合部大量农业用地转化为建设用地,失地农民这一弱势群体的就业问题与城市融合问题已成为社会各界关注的焦点。基于人力资本、社会资本等理论,提出研究假设,构建研究模型,并以国家首批城乡综合配套改革试验区成都市城郊10区县为例,通过问卷调查法、访谈法收集数据,展开实证研究,旨在研究影响城郊失地农民就业适应的若干因素,并探讨城郊失地农民就业适应与城市融合的关系。结果表明,就业适应度与城郊失地农民城市融合呈现正相关,前者是后者的重要影响因素,而个人属性、社会资本则与就业适应度呈现正相关,是影响其就业适应度的具体因素,并通过就业适应度间接影响其城市融合。

With the acceleration of urbanization,a large number of agricultural land converted to construction land.This vulnerable group of landless peasants and urban integration of the employment have become the center of public attention.Based on the theories of human capital,social capital,etc.,this study puts forward hypotheses and builds a research model.With the samples of the10outskirts in Chengdu which are among the first national urban and rural comprehensive reform pilots area,questionnaires and interviews are used to collect data.Empirical research is used to study the factors that affect the adaptation of suburban employment of landless peasants and to explore the relationship between the adaptation and the urban integration.The results show that the employment fitness of landless peasants and the urban integration are positively correlated.Meanwhile,personal personality and social capital are positively related to the employment fitness,which is the concrete factor affecting the employment fitness and also affecting its urban integration indirectly through the employment fitness.
