摘要
近年来,为了适应国家经济和社会发展的需要,对创新型拔尖人才的需求大量增加,传统的教学方式急需改革。职业技能竞赛,有科学规范的指导思想,能有效地实现拔尖人才的培养目标。当然,创新型人才不会凭空出现,需要系统的教育,逐步引导。在高职院校中,应该在探索中逐步建立拔尖人才培养机制,探索规律,探究职业技能竞赛对创新型人才培养的可行性和有效性。
In the new era,it’s necessary to cultivate more innovative tip-top talents and reform the traditional teaching mode in order to meet the needs of national economic and social development.Vocational skills competition has a scientific and standardized guiding ideology and can achieve the goal of training talents effectively.Innovative talents won’t appear suddenly,and they require systematically education and gradual guidance.Higher vocational colleges should build up talent cultivation mechanism and explore the rules and vocational skills competition for the feasibility and effectiveness of innovative personnel training.
