基于ADAMS的BSC赛车前轮前束角的优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了增强BSC赛车的越野性能,提高赛车的操控稳定性,针对邢职车队BSC赛车的前轮前束进行了优化设计。利用solidworks软件绘制BSC赛车的前悬架模型,提取前悬架各个硬点坐标,然后在ADAMS/View仿真软件中建立前悬架模型,对车轮上下跳动的运动模型进行仿真,利用目标函数对车轮上下跳动时前轮前束角度的变化曲线进行测量和优化。结果显示优化后的前轮前束角明显改善了悬架的运动学特性和赛车的操控稳定性。 In order to enhance the off-road performance of BSC and improve the handling stability of the car,the optimization design was conducted to the front wheel of the BSC racing car of Xingtai Polytechnic College Team.The front suspension model was drew by SolidWorks software,hard points of each front suspension was extracted,then the front suspension model was set up in ADAMS/View simulation software.The jumping-up-and-down motion model of wheel was simulated.The change curve of the front wheel angle when the wheel moves up and down was measured and optimized.The results show that the optimized front toe angle improves the suspension kinematics and vehicle handling stability.
