新型城镇化背景下区县图书馆公共信息服务实践与思考

Practice and Thought of Public Information Service in County Libraries under the Background of New Urbanization

新型城镇化背景下区县基层图书馆存在馆员能力素质较低、数字资源建设受限、流通服务不便、图书馆(室)建设缺失等问题。论文以南京市江宁区图书馆公共信息服务实践为案例,梳理其在公共信息服务方面的经验,发现其在服务时间、资源建设、联合服务、优化服务方式方面的典型特点,提出加强区县图书馆人员队伍建设、推进资源共建共享、创新图书流通机制、延长开放时间、拓展服务阵地的建议。

Several problems exist in county libraries under the background of new urbanization,including relatively low quality of librarians’,limited digital resource development,clogged circulation service,deficiency of the library buildings,etc.This paper takes the public information service practice in Nanjing Jiangning District Library as an example,sorts its experience in the public information service.It finds out the typical characteristics in the aspects of service time,resource construction,joint services and optimizing service mode.Afterwards,it proposes several suggestions such as strengthening the construction of librarians,promoting resource sharing,innovating book circulation mechanism,extending operation time and broadening the service area.
