黄连对金黄色葡萄球菌体外抑菌活性的分析

Inhibitory activity of Chinese medicine coptischinensisfranch against Staphylococcus aureus in vitro

目的观察黄连对金黄色葡萄球菌在体外的抑菌活性。方法收集上海中医药大学附属龙华医院2016年1—4月临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌71株,以金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 25913)为质控菌株,采用微量肉汤稀释法观察黄连对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性。结果 71株金黄色葡萄球菌中有21株为耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)。黄连对71株金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)范围为3.91~31.25 mg/mL,对MRSA和甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)的体外抑菌活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在71株金黄色葡萄球菌中,分离于脓/分泌物样本52株(73.24%),分离于其他样本19株(26.76%),黄连对不同样本来源的金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在71株金黄色葡萄球菌中,分离于外科住院患者40株(56.34%),分离于其他病区住院患者25株(35.21%),分离于门诊患者6株(8.45%),黄连对不同病区来源的金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄连对临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌具有较好的抑菌活性,对金黄色葡萄球菌感染的治疗,尤其是对MRSA感染的治疗具有重要的价值。

Objective To observe the inhibitory activity of Chinese medicine coptischinensisfranch against Staphylococcus aureus in vitro.Methods A total of71Staphylococcus aureus isolates were collected from Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to April2016.Broth microdilution method was used with Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25913as quality control isolate to observe the inhibitory activity of coptischinensisfranch.Results A total of71Staphylococcus aureus isolates were collected,and there were21isolates of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of coptischinensisfranch against71isolates of Staphylococcus aureus was from3.91mg/mL to31.25mg/mL,and there was no statistical significance between MRSA and methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus(MSSA)(P>0.05).Among the71isolates,52isolates(73.24%)were isolated from pus/secretion specimens,while19isolates(26.76%)were isolated from the other specimens,and there was no statistical significance for the inhibitory activity of coptischinensisfranch against Staphylococcus aureus in vitro among different specimens(P>0.05).Among the71isolates,40isolates(56.34%)were isolated from surgical inpatients,25isolates(35.21%)were isolated from the other ward inpatients,6isolates(8.45%)were isolated from outpatients,and there was no statistical significance for the inhibitory activity of coptischinensisfranch against Staphylococcus aureus in vitro among different wards(P>0.05).Conclusions Coptischinensisfranch has a good inhibitory activity against the clinical isolates of Staphylococcus aureus,and it can be used for the treatment of Staphylococcus aureus infection,especially for MRSA infection.
