摘要
"十二五"是技术市场的黄金时期,山东省抓住历史机遇,实现技术交易持续稳定增长,技术市场全面优化发展。本文对这一时期山东省技术市场发展情况进行分析,发现山东省在技术供给能力、促进政策、管理服务等方面存在一定薄弱环节。对此,进一步从促进人才与资本市场融合、强化创新服务职能、补齐政策短板和扩大对外交流等方面提出几点思考与建议。
Between2011to2015,the period of"Twelfth Five Year"technology market in Shandong Provinceseized the historical opportunity,achieved a sustained and stable development.On the basis of introduced thedevelopment situation and the achievement of technology market in Shandong province,this report finds thatShandong has some weak links in terms of technology supply capability,promotion policy and managementservices.Further,we provided suggestion in the aspects of strengthening system of innovation service platform,integrating talent market and capital market,making up the short board in policy,expanding internationalcommunication,and enhancing cooperation between industries,universities and research institutions.
