Today,reverse osmosis membrane separation technology has been widely used.However,as the membranefouling problem directly affects the reliability of the technology,the correct analysis of membrane fouling and the reasonableselection of cleaning scheme is very important.Common contaminates include chemical precipitation,organicmatters,colloids and microorganisms.As the symptoms of different contaminates are different,the status in differentplants are different.The importance of the choice of cleaning methods was illustrated by using membrane fouling analysisand cleaning solution examples.
