摘要
结合工作经验阐述了顺引物流的特征,对天津一汽丰田汽车有限公司泰达3厂顺引方式同步物流体系的建立进行介绍,分析了顺引物流的优势和劣势,同时探讨顺引物流方式面临的挑战。提出未来顺引物流可以通过各种技术手段做到更加精确控制,发展前景广阔。
In the production process of automobile,logistics is a very important part.This paper introduces the establishmentof the synchronous logistics system in TOYOTA JIT and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the system andits challenges.It proposes that the synchronous logistics can be precisely controlled via multiple technical means and it willhave a good prospect.
