摘要
选取碘量法和N,N-二乙基对苯二胺分光光度法检测硫化物的方法进行对比,对N,N-二乙基对苯二胺分光光度法对硫化物检测范围的上限和碘量法对硫化物检测范围的下限即0.90~1.10,mg/L范围内的3种浓度分别进行准确度和精密度的分析,得出结论为硫化物浓度在0.90~1.10,mg/L范围内时,两种方法都可用于样品的检测。
In this paper,iodine method and N,N-diethyl p-phenylenediamine spectrophotometric method for the determinationof sulfide were compared.Accuracy and precision analysis were carried out for three concentrations within the rangeof0.90~1.10,mg/L of the upper limit of sulfide detection of N,N-diethyl p-phenylenediamine spectrophotometric methodand the lower limit of iodine method.The conclusion is that when the sulfide concentration is in the range of0.90~1.10,mg/L,both methods can be used for sample detection.
