pH值对水体检测过程中6种抗生素回收率的影响

Effect of pH Value on Recoveries of 6 Kinds of Antibiotics in the Process of Water Determination

采用液相色谱-串联质谱法,就不同水体pH值对6种抗生素回收率的影响进行试验研究。结果显示全部供试样品6种抗生素在pH值6~7的范围内均有较好回收率,pH值过高或过低均不能得到满意的回收率。因此,为保证检测结果的准确性,需对水体pH值进行监测及调节,达到待检抗生素项目适宜pH值范围后,再进行检测。

This study adopts the UPLC–MS/MS to study the effect of pH value on recoveries of6kinds of antibiotics betweendifferent water bodies.The results show that the satisfactory recoveries of6kinds of antibiotics appear within therange of pH6~7during all selected samples,however the recoveries are disappointed when pH value is too high or toolow.In order to ensure the accuracy of the test results,we need to test pH value of water firstly,then adjust it to an appropriatescope.After completing above steps,we can starting the test.
