基于嵌入式PLC运动控制系统的设计

摘要 由于单核嵌入式处理器在处理逻辑任务的同时,不能够进行更加复杂和精细的运动控制。因此设计了一种基于嵌入式PLC(ePLC),采用ARM和FPGA相结合的控制专用系统,通过改善硬件设计电路,解决了单核处理器处理能力不足的问题。ePLC既保留了系统在硬件设计和使用上的优点,同时又利用梯形图编程,采用梯形图内嵌入运动控制指令的方法,又具有程序开发简单方便、易复用、开发周期短等特点,形成了一种全新的运动控制方案。 As the single-core embedded processor in dealing with logical tasks at the same time,can not be more complex and sophisticated motion control.Therefore,a control system based on embedded PLC(ePLC)is designed to resolution this problem.In this system,ARM and FPGA is designed to improve the hardware design circuit and make up for the shortcomings of single-core processor processing capability.ePLC not only retains the system in the hardware design and use of the advantages,but also the use of ladder programming,the use of ladder diagram embedded motion control instructions,but also has a convenient program development,easy to reuse,shorten the development cycle and other characteristics,Formed a new motion control program.
