摘要
长宁XX井是长宁背斜构造中奥顶构造南翼的一口开发井,设计井深4230m,目的层为志留系龙马溪组。长宁区块志留系韩家店~石牛栏井段,地层非均质性强、软硬交错、岩性变化快、可钻性差,常规钻井机械钻速低,单只钻头进尺少。针对以上地层的钻井难点,长宁XX井采用了气体钻井技术,并优选了合理的注气排量和钻进参数,韩家店~石牛栏井段的平均机械钻速达到了7.59m/h,是邻井同层位采用常规钻井时机械钻速的6.07倍,大幅缩短了钻井周期,节约了钻井成本。长宁XX井气体钻井的成功应用,为今后长宁地区的钻井施工提供了有益参考。
Changning XX well is a development well in AoDing structure south side,Changning anticline structure.The design depth of this well is4230m.The intended zone is LongMaXi group,Silurian system.The hole section of HanJiaDian~ShiLiuLan in Changning block has many charateristics,such as strong anisotropic layer,mildness layer and stiff layer crisscross,lithologic character change fast,bad drillability,drill speed is low,etc.In view of the drill difficulty of the layer above,Changning XX well use the technology of gas drilling,optimize gas injection delivery capacity and drilling recommendation.The average drilling speed of HanJiaDian~ShiLiuLan section can reach7.59m/h,which is6.07times of the adjacent well that use conventional drilling technology.This shortened the cycle of drilling deeply and has saved much money.The successful of Changning XX well which use the compressed gas drilling has lay a good base for the drill construction work in Changning district.
