The OIE Concepts on Antimicrobial Resistance and the Prudent Use of Antimicrobials

为抗击抗微生物制剂耐药性(AMR),世界动物卫生组织(OIE)经过多年努力,发布了多份指南、建议、策略和标准等文件,指导成员抗击AMR。OIE鼓励和支持成员实施国际标准,对动物用抗微生物制剂实施监管,收集动物中抗微生物制剂的使用信息并报送OIE数据库,制定和实施国家行动计划。OIE将致力于实施AMR抗击策略目标,更新重点兽用抗微生物制剂名录,加强在动物中使用抗微生物制剂的风险分析教育,完善抗微生物制剂药敏试验方法。

Combating Antimicrobial Resistance(AMR),OIE have been working for many years,and issued a lot ofdocuments including standards,guides,recommendations and strategies to guide the members to combat AMR.OIEencourages,supports and promotes the members to:implement the International standards;supervise the production,distribution and prudent use of antimicrobials in animals;collect data on the use of antimicrobial agents in animalsand send the information annually to the OIE database;and develop and implement national action plan.OIE will:implement its strategy on antimicrobial resistance;review the list of antimicrobial agents of veterinary importance;strengthen teaching on risks related to AMR;and complement the methodologies for antimicrobial susceptibilitytesting.
