About the Electronic Records Movement Problem

文章从明确"文件运动"概念出发,重新分析电子文件"逆向运动"的实例及逻辑思考,在和黄新荣教授等学者商榷下,探索电子文件不能做"逆向运动"的真正原因,强调在研究电子文件运动过程时必须认识到电子文件管理过程对其的干扰,并对"文件生命周期理论中对文件运动的描述部分在电子时代仍然适用"进行补充说明。

Based on view of clarifying the concept of"record movement",this paper analyzes theexamples and logical thinking of"reverse movement"of electronic records.Under the discussion ofprofessor Huang Xinrong and other scholars,the paper tries to analyze the real reason that electronicrecords can not do"reverse movement".It is emphasized that the record management process mustbe distinguished from the process of the record movement,and the description about recordmovement in the theory of records lifecycle still applies to electronic records.
